In case of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is a possibility on request of extrajudicial mediation in the regional bar association München (according to § 73 paragraph 2 number 3 together with § 73 paragraph 5 BRAO – Federal Lawyers’ Act) or in the arbitration board of the bar (§ 191f BRAO – Federal Lawyers’ Act) in the Federal Bar Association.
